I have been studying and practicing personal development techniques for most of my life (a shocking number of decades now). I never travelled to meet a guru in far lands, but turned to what has been available to the average American. We have been blessed with rocket-growth in resources on stress and relaxation from science, medicine, business, religion, psychotherapy, and personal explorations of many. What was obscure or not even obtainable in previous generations now floods us.
These resources have changed me and continue to influence everything I do. My training has come through workshops, books, recordings, informal discussions, conferences, webinars, personal training, certifications, and by using equipment created by the bright and perceptive.
Since 1989, through group teaching, a blog, recordings, and one-on-one work, I have been working away to share what I have learned. This work is central to my life. I strive to help as many people as I can to release all the creativity and positivity that too is hidden in the fog of stress.
